Well it starts off with me being at school, in gym class to be exact. Thats when my day gets kinda bad because we had a substitute teacher who didnt have the key to let us put our stuff in our locker so i leave my stuff on the bleachers to go play some basketball. Well there's about 20 kids in our class give or take a few and half was out playing basketball or volleyball and the other half was sitting on the bleachers talking to each other. Well at the end of the period I go to get my stuff early cause i was out of breath because I usually play until the bell rings but I didn't this time, luckily. When i pick up my stuff I notice there's some stuff missing i check inside my sweatshirt pocket and MY PHONE AND ZUNE IS MISSING so instantly I was pissed and went straight to the sub and said someones stolen my stuff and they are in this class because no ones left or came into the class so someone heres either getting there ass whooped or giving it back.
he said something to everyone but no one responded so i just left class....didnt even care just left to go find an office person knowing damn well that they aren't supposed to do anything because it's not supposed to be in class anyway but luckily a really nice lady was in the hallway so i ran to her and told her whats up but THE BELL RINGS and i don't want him to get away! She told everyone to go back to the gym so i was glad she was doing something! She even searched every single kid there pockets...bags....purses...everything AND MY STUFF WASNT FOUND!! so i was pissed and started randomly stopping people and asking them....keep in mind everyone was late to class and im roaming the halls without a pass but a friend of mine stayed with me making me look less stupid and suspicious of skipping class. After searching the gym EVERYWHERE we went to the AP office to report stolen property and they said most likely you wont get it back but we'll check the cameras and try our best even tho we aren't supposed to help find stuff you aren't supposed to have in class nothing else is goin on right now so we'll help you out.

So on my way back to class (this time I have a hall pass) i see that lady that helped me before searching one of the kids lockers from gym and he was one i suspected of taking it his name is Jeremy....anyway she still didn't find anything so she told him to go back to class and so did i but after class was over i was first in the hallway on the bell ringing and saw her taking him downstairs so i was really curious to what was going on...

About 3 periods later im asleep in class because im so upset i can't focus my teacher gets a phone call for me to go to the ap office and i wake up and dart out of the class without even grabbing the pass i knew it was about the phone and zune. I got there and they got my phone!!!! but not my zune. They sent the kid home and suspended him for 6 school days and they told him he has to pay for the zune as well or else I can press charges if i want to. thats $239.00 he owes me not counting music on the zune that i've payed for as well. It's not a felony charge cause it's not $300 or more but enough to charge him.
They told me he said he found the phone on the floor and would pay for the zune if he couldn't find it since he didnt want anymore trouble.
And it WAS Jeremy. im still pissed and if he doesnt pay i don't know WHAT'll happen but it won't be good!
